Welcome to the RNA folding Lab

RNA Folding Lab: Our group focus on the mechanism of RNA folding and tools/models for RNA 3D structure prediction and evaluation

We are a dynamic research group, at the Wuhan Textile University. Our aim is to explore and understand RNA 3D structure folding. To this end, we develop physics-based models to predict/evaluate 3D structures/stability for RNAs in ion solutions (see Research).

We are grateful for funding from the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Department of Education of Hubei Province, the Natural Science Foundation of Hubei Province, and Wuhan Texitile University.

We are looking for passionate new Master and undergraduate students to join the team (more info) !
